May12,2008.Jaipur.Shane Warne,Captain of Rajasthan Royals won the toss against Delhi Daredevils and decided to bowl first in front of the home ground.Sehwag and Gambhir once again gave a bright start and yet again Sehwag fell within power play overs.Shane Watson took his wicket.Shikar Dhawan sacrificed his wicket after his bad call for running a single.Then all depended on Gambhir who had a good tournament so far,but in vain.He fell to a slower ball from Trivedi.De villers and Dinesh Karthik shared some runs but both fell in same over by Dimitri Mascrenehas(who has replaced Sohail Tanvir).Dilshan and Maharoof played some blazing strokes.Delhi was struggling to past 140 but it was Warne's over changed the momentum to Delhi. Maharoof smashed 4 sixes of Warne's over(19 th over of innings) which help Delhi to set Rajasthan a target of 157 to win.Rajasthan made a shaky start.Mcgrath bowled a good line.Smith was dropped in the very first over.De villers ran out Yusuf Pathan in the next over.A few overs later.Sehwag made a stunning dive and ran out Kaif.Rajasthan were struggling at 15 for 2 in 5 overs.Shane watson and Smith shared a quick 71 from 34 balls.Watson was severe with his batting.Overall he hit 5 sixes.When he fell in the penultimate over,the game was on.Tail enders make sure a win for Rajasthan.Watson was named man of the match for his all round performance ( 2 wickets and 74 from 40 balls).Rajasthan now leading the table with 14 points,where as Delhi is still at 8 points.Rajasthan has won all the games played so far in their home ground.
